ONLINE IP EDUCATION WITH LINCOLN LAW

Hybrid Degree Programs with Live Interaction

Interested in working with the USPTO on behalf of yourself or clients? Students who choose the Patent Track will learn how to draft and prosecute patents and will be prepared to take the Patent Bar Exam. Students who choose the Soft IP Track will learn trademark prosecution, as well as become versed in copyrights and IP litigation.

10 units of legal education over 1 year.

Law firms and corporations are looking for attorneys who offer a mix of IP, technology, and transactional business knowledge to provide legal services. Set yourself apart by earning an LL.M. in IP. This program for lawyers offers a deep exploration of the nuances of IP law.

20 units of legal education over 1 year.

Are you ready to expand your career and become an IP professional? This program for non-lawyers provides a general legal education and a deeper understanding of IP laws related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Patent Track students are also prepared to take the Patent Bar Exam.

33 units of legal education over 2 years.
